Select our Self-Service option using our easy Rackspace Migration App to move your email data, or opt for our Fully Supported options and let us handle your complete migration. With either of these options, you have the peace of mind that a team of migration experts will be backing you every step of the way.
Self-Service Migration
With the Rackspace Migration App, you can look forward to a smooth transition with no loss of important messages. Start your migration with a few clicks in the Control Panel. If you need some extra help, you can count on our dedicated migration experts to assist you along the way.The Rackspace Migration App:
• Can be directly initiated and supervised from the Control Panel
• Moves email and folders (but does not include calendar, tasks, contacts or notes)
• Displays progress and statistics during the migration process
Self-Service Migrations Are Ideal for:
• Companies with too many employees to efficiently undertake a manual migration
• Administrators who are uncomfortable with the manual migration process
• Customers wanting to maintain maximum control over their email migration
• Resellers needing the ability to perform migrations on behalf of their customers
• Those customers who need to move their email and folder structure only
How It Works:
• Log into the Control Panel
• Upload your user spreadsheet
• Set up and schedule your migration using the Migration App
• Review the migration summary report after migration is complete
Fully Supported Migration
Our Migration Team has performed thousands of successful migrations. Fully Supported migrations are monitored from start to finish by a Rackspace migrations expert. With this option, you can populate your new Rackspace mailboxes with minimal effort and no worries about losing important messages.Fully Supported Migrations:
• Include expert monitoring, support, and error reporting
• Offer split domain routing to stagger mailbox migration over a specified period
• Can be scheduled within 2 business days of a successful test

2. Microsoft Exchange migrations involve POP, IMAP, or PST files and no mailbox may be more than 25GB in size.

Please Note:
All data migrations require a test migration to ensure a successful connection can be made to the external mail server. There is no fee for the test migration.
The pricing is for all mailboxes on a domain. Multiple domains can be combined if they are migrated from the same external mail server. Migrations from multiple mail servers are each treated as independent migrations.
