Rackspace received the award for Customer Focus in the National Business Awards in November 2008.

The Customer Focus award is presented to the organisation that can best demonstrate that it has the customer at the heart of its business and deploys and manages its resources to most effectively meet the needs of its customer base.

Winning such a prestigious award (known as the 'Business Oscars') highlights the superior support that Rackspace provides for their customers, arguably the best in the country!

Unisys/Management Today, Customer Service Award Winner, 2005

In recognition of outstanding customer service and employee relations, Rackspace won the overall award in the Management Today/Unisys Service Excellence Awards, 2005. Rackspace has been nominated for the customer service excellence awards for four consecutive years, winning our category for the past three years. The Customer Service Excellence Awards were set up to recognise those organisations that excel at serving customers, as well as to provide feedback and share good practices, enabling entrants to improve their performance.
